Andrej Stojaković is turning on the heat in a cold December month. The 6 ft 7 inches shooting guard from Thessaloniki, Greece, announced his arrival in style last month. The 19-year-old was one of the main catalysts behind Stanford’s impressive away victory over the Sacramento State. The hosts were completely taken aback by his high-flying moves and lightning-quick speed. He established his dominance on both sides of the court handing the Cardinals a 91-73 in this non-conference encounter. Meanwhile, Andrej produced 12 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in his mere 26 minutes on the court.
Andrej Stojaković has been an excellent addition to the Cardinals. He possesses the ability of terrific shot-making and is an amazing ball handler. In addition to this, he has a high-level work ethic just like his father. Moreover, he gave a glimpse of his versatility which proved to be crucial for the Cardinals against Sacramento. Andrej Stojaković is a four-star recruit and is one of the players to watch out for this season. As a junior in high school, he averaged 25.3 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 1.4 steals per game in his 26 games. Consequently, he went on to become the McDonald’s All-American. Additionally, he ranks third in the state of California to go with being a fourth-ranked small forward in the country. Also, he has shown his active participation by taking part in the Nike Hoop Summit in 2023.

There is a long road ahead of this freshman. However, his skills on the court show that he is ready to take on new and worthy challenges. While he will learn a lot on his college basketball journey, he is definitely showing a high potential already.
