Further, Hailey signed an impressive deal with the NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal’s Foundation, where Van Lith participated in a project of refurbishing basketball courts all across the United States. The initiative was taken to create pathways to success for disadvantaged youth.

She also signed an endorsement deal with Billionaire Girls Club, which is a luxury streetwear brand. The partnership became unique as it was uncommon to have athletes signing NIL deals with luxury brands then. Under this deal, Hailey featured in a collaboration between Billionaire Girls Club and Overtime significant for International Women’s Day 2021, which included hoodies and crop tees.

As a former Cardinal, Van Lith has brought great experience and leadership skills to the team.
