The Ole Miss Rebels will battle it out against the Louisiana State University Lady Tigers at the Pavilion on Sunday. While the Rebels have an 11-3 tally coming into this game, the Tigers have a commendable 14-1 tally. Furthermore, the LSU occupy the 7th position in the AP women’s basketball polls.

For the LSU Tigers, they have found a perfect combination in their star Angel Reese and Aneesah Morrow. While Reese has potted 19.7 points per game with 11.2 rebounds per match, Morrow has shot 18.9 points per game with 9.5 rebounds per contest.

The two stand at the helm of affairs in the LSU team. The duo would be looking to capitalize on the opportunity and send strong signals like they have in the past regarding the Lady Tigers’ dominance.

Both of them had smashed a double-double in their last game against the Missouri. Reese soused 21 points with 13 rebounds, on the other hand, Morrow squashed 25 points with 10 rebounds. The two will look to continue their dominance in this game and if they have the better of things then it will be a guaranteed loss for the Ole Miss.

The last time the Rebels won was in 2015 when they edged past the LSU by a 58-57 margin at Oxford. The Rebels have outclassed the 10 top LSU thrice.

The LSU would be looking to attack and notch up their tally with another win, whereas for the Rebels this is a crucial match. With this match, they can send waves in the SEC if they win it. The LSU will rely on their strongest players and try breaking the Rebels.
