This curiosity fueled speculations and rumors about the possible relationship between this rising star player in the NCAA and the NFL legend Keyshawn Johnson.

Are the two Johnsons related?

The surname Johnson is quite popular in the sporting world. Therefore, assuming that these two Johnsons are related is not a surprise. However, assumptions are just that! While many social media crowd believe the former wide receiver of the NFL and the dynamic forward of the Wildcats are somehow correlated, it is not true. Nevertheless, they do share something in common. And that is giving their best in what they do. Hence, they have many people around them tittle-tattling.

Apparently, the former NFL receiver is actually related to another sportsperson. That is his nephew — Michael Thomas. Following the steps of his uncle Keyshawn, Michael is also making his way to a popular name in the NFL. Currently, he is a wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints.

Born in Oakland, California, the No. 16 of the Wildcats graduated from San Diego State University. Apparently, he reached SDSU with a dream to compete in the National Championships. He even led the team to almost becoming the National Champions as they reached the final four earlier this year. Later, the Arizona Wildcats took Keshad “Showtime” Johnson after a transfer.

Keshad has immaculate skills to lead a team to victory. He is the man for the big occasion as he has shown in his previous four seasons with the SDSU. He was instrumental in the Aztecs advancing to the national championship game in which he landed 14 points.
