Angel Reese’s fame is not limited only to her basketball IQ. Her popularity on social media is also a result of her exquisite fashion sense. In a recent video of 94 feet, Reese is answering some rapid-fire questions. She was asked what are her favorite shoes to hoop in. Reese said, “I just signed with Reebok, but Nike I have to wear. So I guess LeBron’s brand.” This comes as a surprise to many as she recently signed a multi-year NIL deal with Reebok.

The Bayou Barbie has been looking for an NIL deal with multiple sporting giants since last April. Subsequently, her search came to an end when four-time NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal became the president of Reebok Basketball. Shaq released a statement saying, “For my first appointment in this role, it had to be the GOAT. There is no one making a bigger impact on the game right now than Angel Reese.”
Following this, the NCAA champion also issued a quick statement: “I am honored to be working closely with one of my longtime mentors, Shaq, along with a brand that I have admired since I was just a little kid. It means the world to me that they trust in me to extend their legacy to a new generation.”

Angel Reese is on her way to becoming a global icon. The 21-year-old has the most number of NIL deals to her name. Her latest NIL valuation is estimated to be around $1.7 million. Moreover, the 6-foot-3 forward is in partnership with companies like PlayStation and Raising Cane’s. In addition to this, she is ranked seventh in On3’s NIL rankings.
Both Shaquille O’Neal and Angel Reese have played college basketball for the LSU Tigers. One can’t help but wonder the reason behind her inclination towards LeBron‘s brand. Nevertheless, fans will be hoping that Reebok will soon launch a signature line featuring Angel Reese.
