LeBron James’ younger son Bryce James has been making headlines following his return to Sierra Canyon. The 16-year-old completed his third transfer since May to continue his high school basketball career. He decided to come back to Sierra Canyon recently after leaving Notre Dame, as he was ineligible to play for them in the first half of their season.

After making an impactful debut for the Trailblazers against Desert Mountain, Bryce impressed yet again as Sierra Canyon toppled the Sea Hawks on home turf.

The Sierra Canyon Trailblazers continue to dominate the Varsity Boys Basketball with their 8-1 record in the competition so far. They secured their third consecutive win on Sunday with a comfortable 68-59 triumph over Redondo Union. Following this, Bryce James took to Instagram to further share his elation.

He posted a picture as a story with his teammates along with a caption, “My guys.” In the picture, he is seen standing next to Scottie Pippen’s 18-year-old son, Justin Pippen. In addition to this, the five players of Trailblazer’s starting line-up are holding their winning shields in their hands.

The 6 ft 6 shooting guard played a significant hand in Sierra Canyon’s home victory against Centennial earlier this week. In his trademark No.10 jumper, he led the Trailblazers to secure a 63-53 win on Saturday. Soon after the game, the all-time leading NBA scorer and Bryce’s father, LeBron James, couldn’t hide his admiration for his son. He posted a story captioned, “Bryce James jumper is looking smooth.”

There is no denying that out of his two sons, analysts and fans believe Bryce to be closer to LeBron’s skills and talent.

Is Bryce James more talented than Bronny James?

There has been a debate earlier on whether Bryce can be more eligible to carry LeBron’s legacy forward in the basketball world. ESPN’s popular broadcaster Brian Windhorst thinks that Bryce is more talented than his brother Bronny in terms of basketball IQ and gameplay skills. Windhorst appeared on Bill Simmons’ podcast a while back and opened up more about the comparison. He said, “LeBron’s more naturally talented son appears to be Bryce.”
