This is the reason Michelle Bain is feeling proud of her godson. She couldn’t help but share this grand news along with her sheer support for Curry on social media saying, “WE ARE HERE FOR THIS !!!”

From being the best shooter in NBA history to an author of children’s books, Stephen Curry is a lot of things. As an international icon loved by millions, Curry shares an unexpected career possibility after he retires from the NBA.

In his recent interview with CBS News national correspondent Jericka Duncan asked Curry if he has an interest in politics, to which Curry said, “I have an interest in leveraging every part of my influence for, for good in a way that I can. So, if that’s the way to do it, then, I am not saying presidency. But if politics is the way that you can create meaningful change, or if it’s another way outside of politics, you know that we can do,” keeping the possibility of running for residency in consideration.

Notably, Curry still has around six years at the NBA before retirement. However, it is essential to point out that Curry’s current contract with the Golden State Warriors extends until 2026, making it a potential possibility that he might retire then.

Cameron Brink going for the WNBA draft

After making a significant impact in college with her 6-foot-4 stance, Cameron Brink has now decided to go pro. She recently made her declaration for the 2024 WNBA draft. In her recent Instagram post, Cameron made the announcement which says, “I am excited to announce that I will be declaring for the 2024 WNBA Draft. Although I am excited for the next chapter, we still have unfinished business and so much to accomplish in my final season at Stanford,” indicating towards the upcoming NCAA Tournament championship.

She also shared a heartfelt message thanking Stanford for the amazing 4 years, “My four years at Stanford have been nothing short of life-changing. I can not begin to express my love for everyone I’ve met and everything I’ve learned in Palo Alto. To Tara and all my coaches – your patience, belief, and support have shaped me into the player and person I am today. Thank you to all my trainers, support staff, amazing teammates, friends, and fans that have made this all worth it along the way. I am beyond lucky to be surrounded by so many special people,” attributing her success to Stanford’s head coach Tara VanDerveer and all the people alongside her on her Cardinal journey.
