Does loyalty to Drake show true character, or is it just blind fandom?

If you have been on social media for the past few months, chances are that you are most likely aware of the escalated beef between Kendrick Lamar and Drake. Oh, the drama that unfolded! In a dissing spree that stretched for months, several publications claim that it’s Lamar who has come out on the winning front. Drake and Kendrick Lamar have been competitive since the 2010s. Both have released tracks against each other, but things escalated to a different level when Lamar released Like That where he dissed J. Cole and Drake. The song was soon followed by tracks from Drake namely “Push Ups” and “Taylor Made Freestyle”. The feud gained more eyes when both the rappers started accusing each other of numerous crimes and also started citing each other’s personal life. However, Lamar’s accusations were so grave that Drake had to release a track to clear himself of all allegations. Since then, social media users and media publications have been citing Lamar as the winner.

Fortunately, he came out of the hassle soon and dominated the season by scoring 9.7 points with 3.8 rebounds per game. Since then, Demary Jr. has been in the spotlight as he grows into a better player.

Perhaps, Demay Jr. will have his headphones on before every game as he would be listening to Drake. As for now, Drake can be happy with the fact that there are stars like Demary Jr. who are still supporting him. And for fans, maybe someday they can collaborate.
