Caitlin Clark has once again come under the limelight. This time, she has matched a record held by none other than the King James himself in the 2004-05 season. Apparently, now these two are the only ones to hold this record in the last 25 years in the NBA, WNBA, or Division I men’s or women’s players. To be exact, this season Caitlin has a 40-point game, a 15-rebound game, a 7-steal game, a 7-three game, and a triple-double. What’s more exciting is that she was able to achieve all this in just 13 games in a single season.

In addition to King James’ record, Caitlin is also about to break the reigning WNBA champion– Kelsey Plum’s record for highest career points. While Caitlin still stands at 3,114 points which means she will need at least 413 points to tie with Kelsey. Now, looking at Iowa’s schedule for this season, they still have 17 games to play. Factually speaking, Caitlin just might be able to grab over 400 points to at least come closer to Kelsey’s record. However, there is no doubt that she will have to play each and every game to her fullest potential and more.
