Caitlin Clark seems to have a great relationship with everyone on her roster. This is evident by the love she shares for them. After WBCA announced Kate Martin as their new program participant, the impeccable No. 22 re-shared Iowa WBB’s post on her Instagram story. She captioned the story with, “Draft her. Hire her.” The post was from Iowa’s official Instagram page. Clearly, they too are quite proud of Kate for getting into this program.

In the post, Kate Martin’s latest success was captioned as, “Coach Kate Martin has been named to the “So You Want To Be A Coach” program by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association!” Apparently, it is not as easy to enter this program. Each candidate has to perform well in academics and contribute to women’s basketball on and off the court. They should also have a robust professional resume and their head coaches should write a recommendation for them.
