The Blue Devils will look to kick-start their ACC/SEC campaign as they take on Georgia Tech on Saturday afternoon. After their disappointing loss to Arkansas, Duke will be looking to redeem themselves and put on an impressive show. The 7th-ranked Blue Devils travel to Atlanta as firm favorites against the Yellow Jackets.
However, head coach John Scheyer will not take anything for granted after Dukes’ reality check in their previous encounter. Despite their supreme record against them, Duke will not make the mistake of underestimating the Jackets.

The Blue Devils are having a fairly mixed season so far. After winning five out of their seven games, Duke faced a humiliating upset at the hands of the Razorbacks in a back-and-forth battle. Throughout the game, the six-time NCAA champions were seen struggling to get into any kind of rhythm. In addition to this, they lacked coordination and had very poor efficiency while they were shooting. Nonetheless, they have shown in the past that they have the ability to bounce back from a setback. Furthermore, in their last 17 meetings against the Yellow Jackets, they have been victorious in 16.
On the other hand, the Yellow Jackets are coming off an impressive win against the No.21 MS State. Having a 3-2 record themselves in the season, Georgia Tech has a 3-1 record at home. They have earned impressive victories against Georgia Southern, Howard, and Mississippi State. They have only lost a single game against Mass Lowell River Hawks with a narrow margin of 3 points.
