Tennessee’s formidable shooting guard single-handedly took down the Florida Gators by scoring 39 points along with 8 rebounds for the night. Following this, he expressed his views and the reason behind his extraordinary exhibition.

After his phenomenal performance against the Gators, the 22-year-old recently connected with Rob Dauster on The Field Of 68: After Dark. Apparently, he talked about his fiery hot streak. Dalton said, “I’m just playing with confidence out there. Just getting back to my hard work and also my teammates hitting me in the right spots. My teammates are a big help. The senior guard has been in terrific rhythm in the last three games for the Volunteers. The tall shooting guard is scoring at an astonishing average of 34.3 points per contest. In addition to this, Dalton has also managed to bury more than 60% of his shots from the 3-point range.

The 6′ 6″ was on another level in Tennesses’s home game against Florida as he led them to a comfortable 85-66 victory.

Dalton Knecht delivered his second consecutive 30-point game to hand The Volunteers a third conference win this season. The charismatic No.3 was unstoppable from the word, giving the home team an early advantage by landing 22 points in the first half only. Moreover, he successfully converted 13 out of his 23 shots from the field. Furthermore, he had total control over his long-range shots as he jacked 66.7% of his attempts.

The Vols are stamping their authority in the SEC with their 9th home win of the season. As the competition heads towards its business end, the team’s big guns are piquing for them at the right time.
