In the postgame interview, Paige Bueckers was asked about her thoughts on their loss, and in her response to the question, she said, “I think just building on the intensity and effort that a lot of guys played with tonight and just cleaning up the mistakes that we made in the areas that, we did to ourselves and just continue to get a better flow on offense, continue to talk and keep eyes in front of us on defense. But just cleaning up the mental mistakes that we made and just build off this and continue to find ways to get better.”
Bueckers expressed that the team’s goal is to learn from the recent game and build on the positives while keep on finding the ways to get better.
