Damian Lillard Ranks Caitlin Clark’s Shooting Range: “She’s Being Defended Hard…”

There is hardly anyone who isn’t impressed by Caitlin Clark’s sharpshooting skills. The 6 ft guard has raised the bar of the beyond-the-arc bombs with her tremendous control and accuracy. This has caught some serious attention from some of the biggest names of the sport which now includes the Milwaukee Bucks point guard Damian Lillard.

The 8-time NBA All-Star is the latest in the long-line ballers admiring Clark’s talent. Being among the pioneers of these long-range shots, the 33-year-old couldn’t help but express his wholehearted acknowledgment for Iowa’s dynamic No.22.

The Bucks’ No.0 was recently in a conversation with Dan Patrick on the NBC Network. Dan asked Dame to rank the range of Caitlin Clark. To this, he replied, “I would put it up pretty high. Seeing as she shoots a lot of those shots off the bounce. She’s being defended hard. It’s one thing shooting deep but I think shooting it off the bounce in traffic, in big moments, consistently. I would rank it pretty high.”

Clark has made quite a reputation for burying these long-range shots with ease. One of the highlights of her senior campaign is her conquering Kelsey Plum’s scoring record in college basketball by burying a 30-foot-long logo 3. Her skills have also caught eye of WNBA legend Sue Bird who is a fan of Clark’s game and has bluntly acknowledged her talent on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
