The close-knit family of Cavinders has made strides in recent years—especially the twins, Hanna and Haley Cavinder, who play for the Miami Hurricane. Even though the Hurricane sits at 14th place in the ACC table with only two games left in the season, the Cavinder twins still have much to look forward to this year. Having already excelled in their off-court ventures, the sisters also showcase an exceptional entrepreneurial spirit.
The duo have been key promoters for the sportswear brand Under Armour. Also seamlessly blending sports and fashion, they’ve established themselves as incredible social media influencers. Their off-court ventures include Hustle Beauty, Twogether (a fitness app), and they are the co-hosts of the Twin Talk podcast.
Through an an excellent professional life, the family exemplifies the perfect “family first” emotion. Recently, the oldest Cavinder sister—Brooke Cavinder—took to Instagram and shared the news of her engagement to long-time boyfriend, Mike Marinelli.The couple finally exchanged rings last weekend at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort in Florida. Brooke shared a carousel post on Instagram captioned “A weekend full of love”. As an older sibling, Brooke has been very supportive, appearing alongside her sisters on social media posts and other collaborative posts on TikTok that feature all five Cavinder sisters.

The wholesome post evoked warmth, love and connection and garnered reactions from friends, family and their fanbase. The twins didn’t shy away from taking to the comment section to showcase support for the newly engaged couple. Hanna jokingly commented “2 brothers in law in the chat” calling Brooke a brother for the support she offered to the twins in their business ventures. And Haley went on a spamming spree commenting, “Wifey 💍💍💍”, “Screaming, crying, throwing up” and “Welcome to the fam Philly Mike” to add to the excitement of the celebrations.

With this being said, Hanna and Hailey look forward to being the bridesmaids for the second time in a span of two years. The first time the Cavinder family celebrated a union was back in October 2023, when the second eldest sister, Brandi Cavinder married Jake Perkins in a ceremony at Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona with the 4 sisters serving as bridesmaids.
The Cavinder Twins’ Achievements beyond the court
As Hanna and Haley look forward to welcome a new member to their family, they still have a lot of things on their plate to be accomplished this year. They have carried forward their legacy of substantial social media followings into numerous business ventures. Their synchronized dances to fitness routines has opened doors to new endorsement deals, especially after the NCAA’s adoption of the NIL Policy in 2021.

They have further went on to collaborate with brands such as WWE, Boost Mobile and Champs Sports. Even though, their primary focus has been basketball, they are set to graduate this year and have indicated a shift towards entrepreneurship in the form of their new venture Hustle Beauty. The twins have joined the team as co-founders and will be involved in product innovation, distribution, marketing and national expansion of the brand, which looks forward to blend beauty and athletics. They have also founded a fitness and wellness app in the form of Twogether which aims to provide personalised training programs, nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching.
The Hurricane backcourt duo continues to navigate through their careers with the unwavering support of their family. Whether it is their professional achievements or milestone celebrations, the family exemplifies the perfect blend of ambition and unity. With more exciting ventures on the horizon, the twins and their family remain a shining example of how success and togetherness can go hand in hand.
