Dominating the game. That was a clear and loud message from the Alabama Crimson Tide’s wide receiver Ryan Williams. And the 17-year-old just did that in Alabama’s recent win over Georgia. However, it is not only on the field that Williams is slaying. In fact, he’s also making the best use of the NCAA’s college gift: NIL. He even left LeBron James’s younger son Bryce stranded recently.
According to the ON3, the wide receiver currently has a NIL valuation of $1.5 million. His NIL has grown from Monday onwards after his scintillating performance against the Bulldogs. Though the exact reason for his growth isn’t known, it is estimated that he would have signed a deal or gotten more followers after leaving Georgia defenders in knots.
Williams has shown a growth of $566K in a span of two days and his NIL thus touched the $1.5 million mark, which is greater than Bryce’s $1.3 million. Williams as of now has 643K social media followers with the most fans on his Instagram account — 387K followers, 60% of his total online following.

The Crimson Tide star previously had signed a deal with Rising Tode Youth Football camp in May, along with Justice Haynes, that had helped him better his NIL.
The Saraland-born currently ranks twelfth in the college football NIL and at the fourteenth spot in NIL 100. The highlight here for basketball fans is that while Williams continues to scale heights, he is leaving Bryce behind, who already is having a hard time due to Cooper Flagg’s sudden rise.

Tough time continues for Bryce James
10-weeks ago Bryce had an increase of $125,000 in the NIL. However, things seemed to dry up for him as he inched closer to his senior year debut. Despite his exceptional performance in a recent game, helping the Sierra Canyon win by 22 points against the NBA Academy in San Diego and getting appreciation from The Chosen One, Bryce’s NIL looks to be stranded at the moment. He is currently placed at $1.3 million and has seen Flagg change his gears to trump him with $1.5 million valuation.

But after that, there has been no mention of his agreements. As of now, the 17-year-old will look to improve his No. 27 shooting guard spot as well as the No. 156 overall slot in the 2025 class.
