The uncertainty surrounding Bronny James and the 2024 NBA Draft will persist until draft day. Confirming this sentiment is Gilbert Arenas, who has now identified the perfect team for LeBron James’ son. Previously, Paul George also mentioned his admiration for the young hooper, noting that Bronny doesn’t need to be the star of the team. It appears that Gilbert Arenas shares this view. So, which team did the 3x NBA All-Star choose for the former Trojan?

Recently, the 3x All-NBA team awardee sat down with his crew to discuss where Bronny James just might land. Currently, many platforms are putting him in the range of ten to the mid-fifties. Picking his team of choice, Arenas saidWolves, yes.” He further added his explanation on why he thought that the Minnesota Timberwolves could be the best team for the developing hooper.

The host explained, “Because he can do what Connely does. In terms of play D, get the ball to Ant-Man, hit an open shot. You don’t have to be traditional point, very athletic guard. So, that can work. Let him get molded.”Arenas made his choice from the options of the Mavericks, Raptors, and Wolves, all of which are reportedly interested in Bronny James.

During the same conversation, Gil also mentioned that the 6-foot-2 point guard could end up with the Lakers. However, that would only happen if the league shifted him toward the end of the draft and he was selected at the fifty-fifth spot. In addition to selecting a team for the 19-year-old, Arenas also praised him for his development.

Gilbert Arenas suggests Bronny James to be an enigma

Paul George had recently expressed what he admires about the Ohio native’s game. For him, it was his ability to get the ball to his teammates and the highly controlled game. PG-13 was also impressed by James’ capability to be a leader and make others better. Hence, the biggest advice to Bronny James for him was, “He doesn’t need to be a star.”

Reflecting on the same, he also said something similar for Bronny James. Arenas said, “The last game we seen him and now, two different people. He goes to the gym at eight and leaves at three. He has not missed a day of working out. The body is different, the mind is different. So, what happens is when this person goes in the training camp, we don’t know what he’s gonna be.”
