Undeniably, a coach is always happy to see his team do an amazing job when the day really counts. Jeff Goodman asked the coach about his feelings for the team with an utter surprise at their performance. Consequently, the calm and collected coach replied, “I did not look far into it. These guys love playing, hanging out, and being around each other. It’s hard to say how many times you see that being represented out on a basketball court.”
He also shared some insiders when Jeff asked him about his preachings on playing tough. Paris praised the team’s defensive effort by saying, “We were physical, we got the ball around the basket sometimes, and tried to make some strong moves. We defended with a little physicality and that was our goal on the defensive side. Present the best defense they had seen all season.” He also continued telling how he planned to bring his roster in situations that they have not been in so far in this season. Lamont told about his strategies, “It’s a simple game we do. We want to defend really really hard and be diligent about it. On the offense we got to make a couple of shots.”
