The fourth and final last-eight match was between Patrick Beverley and Andre Drummond. The Los Angeles Clippers star, who seemed cheerful towards the end of the match, eventually walked away with the win.
Beverly picked the Philadelphia 76ers while the Cleveland Cavaliers man chose to play with the Milwaukee Bucks. Sixth-seeded Drummond exhibited a fantastic first quarter against Beverley who remained quiet for most of the first half.

However, Beverly bounced back to take control of the second half, while also trash talking his opponent. At one point he asked Drummond to stop talking to the referees and concentrate on the game.
Despite going into the fourth-quarter with a one-point deficit, Beverly kept his calm and produced a different strategy to defend against his opponent who was roaring with some late three-pointers. Drummond hailed his defensive skills in the game and exclaimed, “This man cold at defense in real life and in the video game.” The Clippers star beat the buzzer to win the game 69-62.

A seven-point win for the 14th seed was enough for him to remove his headset and take off in celebration. Coming back to the console, “You had me nervous,” he said, speaking to Drummond. “Who next?” he asked, celebrating the win and oozing with confidence.
Prior to the start of the game, Drummond was asking Beverly how he had been during his quarantine. Beverly replied:
“Working out like a mad man. I don’t have a mind.”
Results From The Other Fixtures
