LeBron James will enter his 20th professional year in the NBA when the upcoming 2020/21 NBA season starts. His fitness seems to be a gift that keeps on giving even at the age of 35. James recently won his fourth career ring, but the Lakers superstar is hungry for more. He raised the roof amongst his fan following by posting a live video of his impressive workout regime!

LeBron James’ workout regime is no secret. He obviously takes his training to the maximum limit and shreds his well-shaped body day in and day out. The King hardly takes a day off from his training and if he does, it might be only on a weekend.

LeBron James and his insane workout routine
The Lakers star most recently treated his fans to an Instagram live session, where he appeared in his training attire and began doing mindblowing workouts. The basic necessity is a warm-up before one attempts any form of workout, and LeBron James is a man of discipline.
After the mandatory warm-up, King James began doing the straight bar bicep curl. He stood firm in an erect position with his chest protruding outwards, to obtain the maximum benefit from the workout. LeBron took his time with the reps (10 each in three sets) before moving on to the next one.
Then came the hugely rewarding ‘Versa Climber.’ This machine is not quite familiar one among the general audience, but it is of great use. The innovative cardio tool outplays other such machines in the category by putting every major muscle to use from the top to bottom.

LeBron took rapid sprints in the versa climber which left him gasping for breath. But he didn’t stop there and moved on to the remainder of his routine. These involved lunge rotations, band squats, and knee ups on the pull-up bar.
