Kobe Bryant lost his life earlier this year. He was, along with seven others and his daughter, involved in a terrible helicopter accident. The entire world was beyond shocked and mourned his death. The extraordinary basketball player entered the NBA right after high school. He is known as the Los Angeles Lakers legend because he played his entire 20-season career in the league with them.
He even gave himself the name “Black Mamba”. This name became viral and quickly adopted by the general public as well. Kobe Bryant and his list of accomplishments seem to have no end, which is why he is so widely respected and admired across the world.

Despite being months since his passing, people still continue to remember him. One of the current star players of the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James, never misses an opportunity to speak about Bryant. On multiple occasions, he has shown how much he thinks of Kobe and misses him.
LeBron also spoke at Kobe Bryant’s memorial service, which was held at Staples Center towards the end of February.
“It’s never closure. It’s never going to be a closure,” James said. “I mean, we continue to live on his legacy and continue to have our hearts heavy with both sadness and with happiness for his family that is still here. So it’s not a closure. But it was a celebration which was well received from not only the Laker faithful, not only the family here, but everybody around the world.”
Not only does he talk about Kobe so much, but makes it very evident with his actions as well. At James’ first scrimmage, he wore Bryant’s No.24 finger brand.
