The Los Angeles Lakers finally broke the curse and won their first Playoff game since 2012. In a 111-88 blowout victory, it was Anthony Davis who led the Lakers to victory. On the other hand, LeBron James played one of the worst games of his playoff career with only 10 points.

Davis had a double-double with 31 points and 11 boards and proved why he is one of the best players in the league. Things are finally looking good for the team after a poor performance in the NBA Bubble.

Damian Lillard injures his index finger in Playoffs Game 2

Despite losing Game 2 in the series, the biggest concern for Blazers is an injury to their star point guard. Lillard, who was guarding AD at the end of the third quarter, dislocated his index finger while attempting a steal.

Lillard was immediately taken out of the game to be looked at by team doctors. Luckily for Dame, the X-ray came back negative. As of now, he is clear to play in Game 3 of the series.

This injury reminds us of something similar that happened to Kobe Bryant in his last season. He dislocated his finger mid-game and with no hesitation had the trainer pop his finger back.

It was a small scare for all the Kobe fans, but Bryant walked it off as if nothing happened. It is moments like that remind us of his sheer willpower to play the game.

Although the Lakers couldn’t win that game, Kobe did his part by finishing with 25 points.
