The Miami Heat are having a dream run in the NBA Playoffs 2020. They’ve suddenly become genuine contenders for the championship this year. While the Celtics won’t yet drop their arms easily, the Heat are getting increasingly hot to handle.
In game 4, the Miami Heat came with a foolproof game plan against the key Celtics player. They successfully restricted Jayson Tatum to zero points in the entire first half. Tatum clocked 17 minutes in those two quarters, but not a single point. With Miami’s win, one of the vets on their roster inched closer to an NBA record.

A Miami Heat star will be on cloud ‘6’ with just one more win!

The 36-year-old veteran, Andre Iguodala, is one of the most experienced post-season players a team can have. He has played 13 playoff seasons in his career, and this current one is his 10th consecutive appearance in the NBA playoffs. Interestingly, the Miami Heat is the fourth team in the last 10 years that he has represented. Still, his playoff run remained undeterred.
The record that Iguodala is about to match is that of the most consecutive appearances in the NBA Finals by a player. He is currently standing at five and might make it to six in the coming days.

Seven of these names come from the golden era of Celtics’ dominance and breaking into this league could be a major reward for Andre’s 15-year-long illustrious career.
What are the chances of Iguodala winning the next?
The Miami Heat won three-quarters today and their entire unit performed for them. Bam Adebayo scored yet another double-double, and both Goran Dragic and Jimmy Butler gave an all-round performance. In what came as a surprise, the young rookie Tyler Herro shocked the Boston Celtics with his career-high 37 points.

The Celtics fought without Jayson’s help in the first half but still managed to stay at par with the Heat. Tatum came strong in the second half as he dropped 28 points, but it was too late by then.
From the looks of it, chances are high that Andre will play in his sixth consecutive NBA finals.
