Boston Celtics are looking in a good shape ahead of their remaining matches in the bubble. They took the Brooklyn Nets by storm when they won 149-115. It was an all-round show where seven of their players got points in double-digits. The duo of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum are doing wonders for them, both averaging a combined 42 points per game.

Point guard and two-time NBA Sportsmanship Award holder Kemba Walker is also having a decent run with 15.5 points average in the four games he played. He recently gave an interview where he gave out some fascinating revelations.

Boston Celtics star and his favorite duos in the NBA

He was asked a very interesting question by CC and Ryan of The Ringer. They asked him who all he would want to watch live in the arena if he has some free time. He responded by naming his favorite duos instead, “Um… James [Harden], I got, it’s two players on every team right now so [chuckles]”. He continued, “James and Russ [Westbrook], I love watching those guys play. Bron & AD and Kawhi & PG as well as Lou Will too, I got it through look I love watching. I love watching Will play, but yeah I’ll pick those teams.”

He surely did not name Stephen Curry & Klay Thompson or Kyrie Irving & Kevin Durant, but we can’t question an individual opinion. Moreover, he has valid reasoning behind the choices made.

What makes him begin the list with James Harden?

James Harden has been unstoppable in the past week. He dropped 39 points and 12 assists against the Lakers. NBA analysts are all praise for The Beard. Kemba Walker joined the league and gave a message to people who still count Harden any less. He said, “I care less what they think and you know I’m pretty sure that James Harden can care less what they think. It don’t matter, he’s an unbelievable talent. The way he scores the Basketball is second to none. It’s unreal the shots he make and you can tell he works on those shots.”

He calls James Harden a “Walking Bucket” and throws light on the fact that he is always double-teamed but still pierces through every defense and gets those big numbers for the team.

Celtics still has three games to go and they next play Orlando Magic on August 9th at 5:00 PM ET.
