The Houston Rockets have failed drastically in building themselves up as true contenders of the championship since the past decade. When Russell Westbrook was brought in to the Rockets to play with James Harden, everyone believed the Rockets’ fate was about to change. Although Harden and Westbrook have a great bond, their chemistry on the court just doesn’t fit.
After another disappointing season, the Rockets would want to improve their roster. The Rockets would never willingly want to let go of the face of their franchise. But could it finally be time for Harden to leave?
Ever since he got traded to the Rockets, Harden has been one of the best players in the league. Nominated as MVP five times, he is a prolific scorer as well. But the Rockets might need to face the music, which means needing to trade Harden.

The team that Harden has been linked to the most is the Sixers. Ever since it was announced that the 76ers hired Rockets’ former GM to take over their basketball operations, the rumors began that he would pull off another one of his great trades and Harden will follow him to Philadelphia.
Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid‘s duo has failed tremendously during the postseason. Thus, splitting them to bring in Harden won’t be a bad idea. And most likely, Simmons will be the one leaving.
If he joins the Brooklyn Nets, Harden would get to play with his former teammate, Kevin Durant. A trio of Kyrie, Durant, and Harden would become a deadly force in the East.

The next most likely team is the Warriors. Imagine Stephen Curry as the point guard, Klay Thompson as the forward, and James Harden as the shooting guard. Their offensive statistics would become unbeatable.
With all the most possible options listed, where do you think Harden could go?
