The future of Giannis Antetokounmpo is the talk of the town prior to the 2020 free agency. Giannis’ 2020 postseason run ignited a plethora of rumors surrounding his future with the Milwaukee Bucks.

However, he has been rejecting all presumptions. In fact, in his 2020 MVP speech, Giannis hinted that he is ready to commit long term if the franchise supports him. But regardless of his refusal to these rumors, there is no end to them.

It seems as though Giannis has subtly put the rumors to bed once again via his Twitter account.

Although this is not solid evidence, it is a good news for Bucks fans. Giannis will enter into free agency in 2021, but he could have demanded a trade next season if he wanted to force his way out.

However, with this reply, it seems he is ready to commit with the Bucks for at least one more season.

When the Bucks drafted Giannis, no one knew he would become the face of the league. There were always glimpses of his talent during his early days, but his dominant play style surprised everyone.

In the last few seasons, Giannis has elevated his level to the next level. Not only has he led his team to respectable records in the regular season, but he has also bagged two MVPs. But despite this regular-season success, the Bucks have failed to achieve any major successes in the postseason.

Even in the 2020 playoffs, they crumbled in front of the Miami Heat in just five games. Additionally, the Heat completely figured out Giannis and stopped him from making a difference in critical points of the game.
