Fighting to be the best never ends for NBA players. They are under constant pressure to prove themselves because not only do they have a team to support, but also want to achieve as individuals. The NBA is announcing the individual awards one by one, and the MVP award is the most-awaited. The nominees for the Most Valued Player are all Giannis Antetokounmpo, LeBron James, and James Harden. All three have won this title before, which has definitely made the competition tougher.
Earlier, Frank Vogel had made the case on why LeBron is this year’s MVP over Giannis. Now, the team’s forward Kyle Kuzma is all for his teammate LeBron James to win the title. However, he didn’t do it without some comments on the Greek freak’s DPOY title.

Giannis had a mammoth year this year. Having already been announced as the Defensive Player of the Year, he is also in the front running for the MVP Award. His competition right now is LeBron, who at 35 is driving Lakers to a title.
Kyle Kuzma shared a video compilation of LeBron’s best moments and wrote, “Yo media, imma tell y’all this. If y’all mess up this MVP like you did the DPOY. We gonna have issues fr.” This was obviously a jab at the media and Giannis both. He meant to say that they shouldn’t be making the mistake of giving Giannis the MVP title as they did with the DPOY.

The comments won’t go well for Giannis. Kuzma naturally implies his teammate Anthony Davis should have taken the DPOY title. However, when the media votes were revealed, it was evident AD wasn’t even in the running. But did the media mess up with that? Hardly.
The Milwaukee Bucks finished #1 in Eastern Conference. If not for Miami’s brilliant play against Giannis and his injury later on, they would have had a shot at ECF.
However, with LeBron, the situation is different.

Both Giannis and LeBron are on different stages at the moment. While the Lakers are heading towards a possible Western Conference Finals, the Milwaukee Bucks have just torn their own ticket and have been sent back home by Miami Heat. They lost by a big margin of 4-1, while the Lakers are leading the Semi-Final series by 2-1 against the Houston Rockets.
Between LeBron and Giannis, who do you think deserves to take this one home?
