Kelly Oubre Jr. on the Warriors
The Warriors must be excited to welcome this terrific player, and it seems that Oubre shares this joy. He recently spoke about his initial experience with the franchise. He said:
“My first couple days have just been really exciting, to see to city; to come in and get some work in with the staff and on the court. It’s just been amazing to feel the culture, feel the energy around the area. So it’s really just been exciting to come out here and make this place my new home.”
Kelly also talked about his first reaction when he got the news that he would be playing for the Dubs this season and said, “I was super excited, man. This is a great opportunity, a great scene, a great organization with already a culture set that I can just seamlessly come and fit in so it was just a blessing.”
Like Oubre said, in the last five or six seasons, the Warriors have established themselves as a phenomenal franchise. They have performed fabulously in both the regular season and the playoffs. As a result, they have won three NBA titles in just the last five seasons. However, after a subpar last season, the Dubs need to prove their worth once again. Furthermore, it is not going to be an easy task in the absence of their superstar Klay Thompson.

It will take some time for them to gel together and work like a well-oiled machine. Additionally, their leader Stephen Curry himself is coming off from a season-ending injury.
Regardless of these issues, the Warriors should easily make the playoffs, and if everything works out in their favor, they should be able to make a deep playoff run as well.
