The 2019-20 NBA season ended with the Los Angeles Lakers being crowned as the champions. However, this season, gave rise to many up and coming talents. One of the most prominent names in the list is none other than Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic.
Luka is a special player and he has already proved his abilities in the first two years as an NBA player. He single-handedly took the mighty Clippers to six games in the opening round of playoffs. If it weren’t for an untimely injury to his co-star Kristaps Porzingis, the Mavs might have won the series.
Nets’ Jamal Crawford knows how great Luka is and went on to praise him on a recent podcast.

“Special. Unbelievable. Even some of the greatest players right, the feel he has for the game is uncanny. It’s a feel thing, it’s not something you can actually teach, the feel. You can teach how to play the game, you can teach how it’s supposed to look like things you are supposed to do on the court.
“But his feel, you can’t teach and that’s what makes him special, he’s one of my favorites to watch.”
Jamal Crawford himself was a sight to see during his prime years. As he pointed out, Luka’s feel for the game is uncanny. Many NBA greats have this X-factor in them, which separates them from the rest of the crowd.

However, the only thing that Luka lacks right now is a deep playoff run in his career. Once he makes a deep postseason run, it will be hard to stop him in his tracks. If Doncic continues to grow on this level, one day he will have a chance to lift the glorious NBA trophy.
Moreover, many rumors suggest the Mavs are trying to pair up Doncic and Porzingis with a third star this offseason. Can they pull this stunt off? Will it help them in winning an NBA title?
