TMZ said, “According to Magic’s legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Frazier started sending correspondence to Magic’s personal and business addresses, demanding money and making wild claims that Magic stole documents from Frazier and, ultimately, stole Frazier’s identity.”
This year, Magic also mentioned that he had been receiving voicemails from Frazier almost every week. Moreover, things took a turn for the worse when Frazier visited Magic’s office twice, went past security and went to Magic’s floor. Magic ended up taking legal action this year as he felt unsafe because of all these instances. “Magic characterizes the behavior as a form of “stalking,” saying he feared for his and others’ safety,” TMZ said.
The former NBA star must now be relieved, since a judge has issued a temporary restraining order against Frazier. According to that notice, Frazier has to stay 100 yards away from Magic and some of his employees. After multiple threats, this protection must have come as a piece of happy news for the Hall of Famer.
