Los Angeles Lakers’ LeBron James recently clinched his fourth championship in the league after defeating the Miami Heat in Finals 2020. The 35-year-old ‘King’ has been not an inch less than tremendous this entire season. Even after competing with some of the young-blooded players, Bron took away the Finals MVP for himself.
The Lakers were season favorites from the beginning of the year, and Kobe Bryant’s unfortunate death in January made it a tad more emotional for the franchise. Purple and gold fans and the team itself wanted this title for Kobe, and they clinched it. There were sparkles in Orlando as the star-studded roster lifted the trophy.
The win was extremely special for LeBron since he made this achievement possible while playing with a third franchise. The previous two were the Miami Heat and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

It’s only one LeBron James, says former basketball player Stephen Jackson
With numerous record-breaking nights by Bron, he reached new heights each day. But the fact remains that the GOAT debate always finds a way through on these big days. The Lakers’ star has faced heavy competition with the past NBA greats like Micheal Jordan and Kobe Bryant through analysts and TV anchors.
Haters have always been there to criticize every step taken by LeBron James. Former NBA champion, Stephen Jackson lashed out at the critics after Bron won the 2020 championship. Jackson completely nudged out the negative comments and said, “Today is for the champions to speak, not for the haters.”

Jackson said, “If you ain’t never won a championship and nothing. Especially all these people on TV trying to down LeBron James, you don’t know what it feels like to be a champion. So, we don’t expect you to understand what it takes. It’s only one LeBron James. As basketball players, we understand what it takes to be great. There’s people on TV that never won a championship and nothing, let alone NBA and there’s people that play in the NBA, on TV, that never won a championship.”
