The Denver Nuggets looked very strong in their Game 6 against the Utah Jazz. This was a do-or-die encounter for them, and they lived. The first quarter went to the Jazz, but the Nuggets made a quick comeback and did not back down. They won the game 119-107 to make the series 3-3.
Unsurprisingly, Jamal Murray gave yet another stellar performance with 50 points. Earlier in Game 4, he scored 50 points with 13/23 3-pointers, and his side still lost by a minuscule margin of two points. But they bounced back in Game 5 when Jamal got 42 points and had zero turnovers.

He continued to give a headache to the Utah fans as he touched yet another milestone. The 23-YO scored 25 points in the first half (another 25 in the second too) of Game 6 alone. This took him to sit alongside the record set by the NBA Hall of Famer Allen Iverson in 2001 Eastern Conference semi-finals.
FROM ELIAS: Jamal Murray is the 2nd player in the last 20 seasons with three 25-point halves in a single playoff series.

The 11-time NBA All-star and 2001 MVP Allen Iverson had a dream run in the 2001 Playoffs. He played 22 post-season games that year and averaged a whopping 32.9 points. In the semi-finals against the Toronto Raptors, he had two 50+ point games and averaged 33.7 points, 4.4 rebs, 6.9 assists, and 3.1 steals. Jamal Murray seems to be walking the same path.
Jamal Murray is an invincible force this season!
The Utah Jazz definitely have an answer to Jamal’s heroics in Donovan Mitchell, who has been putting an equally astounding play lately. In Game 6, Donovan got an amazing 44, but that wasn’t enough.
But Jamal is not putting the weapons down anytime soon. In the first five post-season games alone, he scored at a 30+ rate, managing 6+ assists and rebounds at an average.

The Nuggets were 1-3 down when people thought they’re done. But The Blue Arrow had other plans and helped his side to reach 3-3. The Nuggets signed a five-year $170 million deal with the youngster last summer, and it now looks like a true value for money for the franchise.
The series has now gone into the decider game and this is the only time in Round 1 when we will get to witness a Game 7. Keep your popcorns stacked!
