The LA Clippers travel to the Windy City, as they face the Chicago Bulls. They will face each other at the United Center at 8 pm EST tonight. It is their second matchup after the previous one ended in defeat for the Bulls.

The Clippers ended a two-game losing streak on Wednesday against the Timberwolves. The injury to Paul George has considerably weakened the team, but Kawhi Leonard stepped up last time to ensure the win. The Clippers will have to win to keep the pressure on the Lakers, who are currently the #2 seed.

The Bulls have been very inconsistent since the start of the season. They have been unable to build on wins and currently have a 10-14 record. They beat the Pelicans in their last game, following a Zach LaVine masterclass. The Bulls haven’t qualified for the playoffs since 2017 and will be keen to end this barren run.

Predictions

While George is a big miss for the Clippers, the Bulls are worse affected by injuries. They are missing three of their starters and that makes them second favorites for the game. The battle of Williams and Leonard will be the most anticipated one. The Bulls rookie has been dubbed as a young Kawhi, so his matchup against the two-time Finals MVP will be interesting.

The Bulls’ hopes rest on another LaVine masterclass, but it is unlikely to stop a Clippers win tonight.
