The Philadelphia 76ers take on the Toronto Raptors tonight. The Playoffs haven’t started yet, and the 76ers are already hit by the worst injury crisis in the Bubble. They lost both their All-Stars to injury, but Joel Embiid just suffered a minor ankle injury. On the other hand, Ben Simmons suffered a knee injury and is unlikely to return this season.

Tobias Harris and Al Horford were also reportedly injured and missed the last night’s game against the Suns. With nothing to play for now, the duo, along with Josh Richardson, will continue to be rested for tonight’s game against the Toronto Raptors.

The Toronto Raptors are much better off. Not only has the team been doing well, but they have stayed healthy too. Aside from a minor injury to Serge Ibaka, the Raptors are a healthy unit.

So the expected lineup for the 76ers will be the same as the one they fielded last night. Shake Milton and Matisse Thybulle as the guards, Alec Burks and Mike Scott as the forwards and Kyle O’Quinn as the center.

Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet will be returning after being rested in the previous game. So their lineup will look like: Lowry and VanVleet as the guards, OG Anunoby and Pascal Siakam as the forwards and Marc Gasol at the center position.

Anunoby has been listed as questionable so there is a possibility Norman Powell or Rondae Hollis-Jefferson come in for him.

Will the Toronto Raptors cruise to a win?

The Raptors have just lost once in the bubble. They are currently on a 5-1 record that includes wins against LeBron’s Lakers and Giannis’ Bucks. They look impressive, both offensively and defensively. The 76ers, however, have been lackluster. They are currently 3-3, but their wins have come against much weaker opposition.

The Raptors are proving that Kawhi Leonard wasn’t the main reason behind their title last season and have looked better without him. Their only loss came against the Celtics, and their horrible shooting was the reason behind it.

It should be a breeze for the Raptors tonight, as the 76ers will already be missing four of their five starters. Even with their stars, the 76ers haven’t been a dangerous team, so this could end up being a blowout. The Raptors have won two of their previous three matchups this year, and they will be keen to get the third win tonight.

The Raptors are not messing around and have made their intentions clear. They are here to walk away with nothing less than a championship. Eastern Conference teams better ‘Fear The North.’
