The idea to train before meeting Bryant was probably a good one. It can be guaranteed that with Bryant’s work ethic, there is no way he let loose in retirement. His workouts would probably be as deadly as they were when he was a Lakers champ. George even admitted that he was nervous about working out with the former champ.
Kobe Bryant’s work ethic
Those who are familiar with Kobe Bryant know about his insane work ethic. He always claimed that he preferred to wake up extremely early in the morning, and could function on just a few hours of sleep. Bryant praised himself for always working out and putting up shots even before his fellow NBA competitors were even awake.
