In the recent match of Rockets vs Bucks, James Harden broke yet another record. He became an NBA all-time left-handed scoring leader surpassing former star, David Robinson. It’s not even been a week since the season restart and Harden has begun the bonanza already.
For those who are not aware of it, David Robinson is a former star player who devoted his career to one franchise, San Antonio Spurs. He retired back in 2003 and was the highest lefty scorer in NBA history until a day before the Beard crossed him.

Robinson was with 20,790 career points and Harden is now six more than that massive figure. He achieved this feat in the last match against the Milwaukee Bucks despite his poor performance as a scorer. It was a disappointing shooting night for the big man with just 5/14 from the field.
Well, Harden is just 30 years old with more years to go in the league that could set another huge benchmark for the upcoming players. Rockets lead man Harden is a two-time scoring champion. It looks like he’ll get another one this season as well, averaging 34.4 points per game.
Harden holds huge numbers, one of them being the 44.3 field goal percentage.
A real change for Harden after joining Rockets
Previously until 2012, James was playing for Oklahoma City Thunder, and even amongst the bigs managed to bag the Sixth Man of the Year Award. It was only when he joined Houston that he stepped into the lead role of a team. Ever since Harden has been their ultimate scorer and leader.
Now he has got paired up with another offensive beast at the start of this season, Russell Westbrook. This duo has made the Rockets a tough competitor in the Western standings. They will definitely be looking to take away that title this year. The start has been great for the team in Orlando but will the momentum be retained till the playoffs?
