There is no doubt about LeBron James being one of the greatest of all-time. Sadly, there’s also no doubt about him being one of the criticized players of all-time. Despite his endless achievements, people choose to nitpick on the few shortcomings and discredit all his achievements.
Many analysts are infamous for their unwarranted hate towards LeBron. But in his 17-year career, he has never given them any attention, and still refuses to do it.
“There are people on TV and writers that people in the basketball world really listen to and believe,” he said on The Road Trippin show.

“I am not going to give any of those names on this show because they don’t deserve it. (They) continue to discredit or continue to not understand the drive that I put into it.”
Despite Skip Bayless and the others tweeting against him on a daily basis, he has never bothered to reply. There are other players like Kevin Durant, who actively interact with people on Twitter, but that’s not Bron’s style.
LeBron James loves proving his haters wrong
Entering the 2019-20 season, the LA Clippers were the favorites to win it all. But LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers proved their critics wrong as they bested the Miami Heat to win the 2020 NBA title.

Both of his last two titles have come from a position where his team wasn’t favored to win at the start of the season. “It was a reassurance to myself, but it was also to the naysayers and the haters who will always be there even after I’m done playing,” LeBron said while talking about the Lakers title win.

After the free agency that the Lakers have had, it puts them in a prime position to run it back. So his critics could be in for another tough season, as one could potentially see LeBron with his 5th ring.

Entering year 18, LeBron is still one of the best players in the league, and he will play a huge part in the Lakers’ success. He has recently signed an extension that ties him to LA until 2023. So he will be keen to add more silverware before he hangs his sneakers up for good.
