In a recent Women?s matchup, the Miami Hurricanes pulled off another huge upset, defeating Indiana Hoosiers by a game-winning shot. Miami, the ninth seed, defeated the number one seeded Indiana. As the Madness unfolds, Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson has been more than taking notice.

The Miami-Indiana game ended on a thrilling note as Miami pulled off another upset this March. With the game tied at 68 and 6.6 seconds left to play, Miami inbounded the ball and managed to get the shot off to put the team ahead 70-68.
NBA legend Magic Johnson just couldn’t keep shut after that and took to his Twitter to express his excitement over the thrilling tournament. Johnson tweeted, ?Both the Men?s and Women?s NCAA Tournaments have been amazing, outstanding, & really entertaining! We?ve seen so many upsets on both sides! I just watched Miami take down #1 seed Indiana in a thriller. Destiny Harden hit a last second game-winning shot in the @CanesWBB 70-68 win!?
The Lakers legend immediately followed that tweet with another. He stated, ?For those that haven?t been watching the Men?s and Women?s NCAA Tournament games, you?ve missed some of the best and exciting basketball games ever!?

March Madness lives up to its name
As if it wasn?t enough for today, fifth-seeded Miami also defeated fourth-seeded Indiana in the Men?s tournament yesterday. So, Miami took down Indiana in both the Men?s and Women?s divisions of college basketball. The Kansas State Wildcats also defended their possession while up by 5 points against the Kentucky Wildcats yesterday, in the last half-minute of the game. They held their own by employing a special strategy to add another close win to the Men’s tournament. Talk about unexpected upsets!

The maneuver that Kansas State performed is named after famous NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs. The team tagged him on Twitter after their win.

Interestingly, a day after the Kansas State-Kentucky matchup, Magic Johnson let out his excitement about the Miami win over Indiana just hours after his bid for an NFL team was reported.

Magic is looking to own in the NFL now
Magic Johnson?s excitement about March Madness does not only seem to be seconded by Patrick Mahomes’ response to Kansas State’s win, but evidently adds to his interest in an NFL team. Johnson has thrown his hat into the race for the ownership of the NFL’s Washington Commanders. Dan Snyder, the current owner, is on the verge of selling the team.
It was reported on Twitter that Johnson has officially joined the bidding wars for the $6 billion team. Johnson has linked up for the bid with Josh Harris, the majority owner of the Philadelphia 76ers and co-owner of the NHL team New Jersey Devils.?
