Angel Webb is the proud mother of the LSU superstar Angel Reese. Angel’s parents got divorced early and she, along with her brother Julian, was raised by her mother.
Webb was a basketball player and she played at Maryland Baltimore County. Angel’s mother is a UMBC Hall of Famer and played in small leagues too. Angel, as a kid, went to her mother’s basketball games. While watching her mother play, she decided that she will become a basketball player like her. In her Instagram story, Reese wrote “Thanx Mom! made and raised some beautiful kids!”
Basketball is in the blood of Reese’s family. Her father, Michael Reese played overseas. Her father had a good career playing basketball in Luxembourg. Her brother Julian plays as a small forward for Maryland. Along with their mother, Julian has also helped her sister in shaping her game and making her tough.

After leading the LSU Tigers to their first-ever NCAA championship, Reese’s has garnered a lot of attention. Reese recently signed a deal with Sports Illustrated and stepped into her modeling career as a swimsuit model for SI. Her NIL evaluation before the SI deal was $1.3 million but the deal with Sports Illustrated has elevated her evaluation to $1.4 million.
