Dwyane Wade’s team defeated the Minnesota Lynx with a 92-87 win. It helped them secure their spot in this year’s WNBA playoffs. However, the team’s road to the playoffs was never an easy one.

The Sky had won the championship in 2021. Following this, the $85 million franchise faced a crisis due to the exit of their best players such as Allie Quigley and Candace Parker.

After the exit of their coach James Wade in mid-season, the team had to start all over again with a new coach Emre Vatansever.
