Shaquille O’Neal Had New Quest for a Championship 18 Years After Last Ring

Almost 13 years off the court, but the winning spirit in Shaquille O’Neal still seems to be alive. The 4x NBA champion even today looks to be the best at what he does. He had started ‘Shaq’s Fun House 2024 with the same zeal and urge to make the event historic. Through a short video on Instagram, Shaq revisited his annual music festival held in Las Vegas this year, highlighting the events of the grand celebrations.

“I am going for the title once again as the best Super Bowl party ever,” Shaq said in his video. The video also highlighted this year’s key events and celebrity guests. From Vanessa Lachey to Deonna Purrazzo and from Eugenie Bouchard to Flo Rida, the event was star-studded with personalities from all walks of life.

However, the key highlights of the music festival were Lil Wayne, Diplo, and Shaq himself, performing as DJ Diesel. Even Shaquille O’Neal, in his Insta post, highlighted the presence of Wayne and Diplo at the music fest-cum-carnival. “The Biggest and Baddest @ShaqsFunHouse yet took over Big Game Weekend Las Vegas featuring @LilTunechi and @Diplo! Part music festival, part carnival – the greatest show on earth SOLD OUT and was the best yet thanks to 5,000+ incredible fans!” he stated.

It seems that the Los Angeles Lakers legend could not have asked for a better-run musical fest. Held on February 9, ahead of Super Bowl LVIII (February 11), the event provided a not-so-usual chance for the fans to party with the stars at just $99.99. However, the price did not just include the passes to the event, but other perks as well.

Shaq’s Fun House-2024: Key Highlights

The defining characteristic of the fest was its as usual all-inclusive format. This means attendees enjoyed complimentary food and drinks at the event, furthering the celebratory atmosphere. And as mentioned by the 4x NBA champ himself, the event was not just a music fest, but a carnival. A carnival where the attendees indulged in games, rides, interactive booths and circus acts.

And apart from Lil Wayne and Diplo, the fest also included artists like DJ Myles O’Neal and DJ IRiΞ. Yet another major highlight of this year’s fun house was the venue itself. The event was held at XS Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas. One can imagine the celebratory atmosphere around an event being held in the city known as the “Entertainment Capital” of the world.
