Sanders’ past struggles with his health issues

During his coaching tenure at Jackson State, the former NFL legend suffered from serious health issues.

Back in May, he underwent emergency surgery. In the year 2021, he had to undergo surgeries for his left foot and had two toes amputated from it. In spite of all the struggles, Sanders is an inspiration for young minds.

The Buffaloes had one of the worst records in college football over recent years. As such, fans did not have high expectations from Sanders’ team. However, by disproving all the haters, Coach Prime is quickly becoming Colorado’s favorite.
