Shaq’s daughter Me’Arah O’Neal has been in the headlines for past many months now as she’s set to enter collegiate basketball. O’Neal’s ex-wife was spotted witnessing her daughter’s greatness courtside recently.

Shaq featured for the LSU Tigers and even got his name etched in the Athletics Hall of Fame during his time in the institute. His daughter who stands at 6’4 has got a ton of collegiate offers. The basketball world will be watching with a keen eye to see if the young ball star will emulate her father’s journey and join LSU.

Shaunie Henderson is a well-known television personality who’s famously known in the NBA world as the former partner of Shaquille O’Neal. The former couple share four kids together including Me’Arah O’Neal who is rising like a phoenix in the basketball world. The youngster is already taller than the Warriors superstar Stephen Curry.

Shaunie uploaded a clip on her Instagram story where she sat courtside watching Me’Arah compete in the iconic Rucker Park in Harlem, New York for the SLAM Summer Classic. However, Shaq was not spotted in attendance.

In the past, Shaunie has heaped the 17-year-old with heavy praise and it’s quite evident that the 48 years old is proud of how her daughter is performing on the basketball court.

Me’Arah O’Neal is a major prospect

Almost every major NCAA basketball side in the country wants Me’Arah O’Neal on their team. Notably, she has gotten offer letters from Baylor University, Georgia Tech, her father’s collegiate side LSU Tigers, and many more. It’ll be interesting to see which side the 6’4″ center ops to commit.
