Shaquille O’Neal’s mother Lucile and Stephen Curry’s mother Sonya revealed the teaser of Raising Fame which captured some emotional moments. This one-of-a-kind show which is set to star on ET on TV One soon features the parents of a few superstars, who share the story about raising exceptional talents. One of the guests for the show was none other than Los Angeles Lakers icon Magic Johnson, who was left teary-eyed after seeing an emotional video.

This unique idea for a show from Sonya Curry and Lucile O’Neal references from podcast, Raising Fame: Sports Edition. Taking on a unique form, the present show sets out to learn the perspective of the parents of a superstar, to delve deep into the childhood of famous icons while enjoying a meal. Surprisingly, Magic Johnson stars in it, but mostly not just as a parent.

In the teaser, Johnson was seen listening to a recorded video from his mother Christine Johnson. He said, ‘You taught me never to run from a problem, , told Johnson’s mother, and the 3x Lakers champion couldn’t control his tears. There was not much information from Johnson’s segment with the mothers of Shaquille O’Neal and Stephen Curry because this was just a teaser. The show is set to start on ET on TV One on July 7.
