Perkins and Alpough’s journey of love and commitment reached a milestone in 2007 when they welcomed their first child, Kendrick Perkins Jr., even before they were officially married. Their family continued to grow with the birth of their second son, Kenxton, in 2011, followed by twins Kanter and Zoey in 2015. Each addition to their family solidified their bond, creating a bustling household of six.
In one of the interviews, Vanity revealed her pride in their second son, Kenxton, predicting a bright future for him in basketball, much like his father’s illustrious career. “I feel so proud of him because he was literally born to be a ballplayer,” she shared. She also mentioned that their older son, Kendrick Perkins Jr., started practicing basketball, though a bit later. Vanity confidently assured that both boys will soon continue their father’s legacy on the court.
However, fewer people know about Vanity Alpough’s business ventures and how she patiently waited until Perkins completed his NBA journey before focusing on her career.
