Shaq’s youngest daughter, Me’arah O’Neal, recently took to Instagram to share a couple of stories. The first one featured a picture of her father during his NBA days. The Big Aristotle could be seen with his hands on his face, attentively watching a game in progress.

At the bottom of the story, Me’arah wrote a caption. “Same ones talkin behind a screen, gone be the same ones wantin to take a picture…ion wanna hear it”

Me’arah’s second story featured a picture of her No. 13 jersey placed in her locker. The confined space was covered with stickers of ‘Ruffles’, a brand that prides itself on being the “Official Chip of the NBA.”

In order to continue the message, Shaq’s daughter wrote a caption under this story as well. It said “I see y’all… allat down talk abt i ain’t gone make it, and the comparisons and all that…keep it….watch this tho gang. watch how I make sh*t shake”

Both stories highlighted the young player’s mindset. Clearly the 6’4 teenager knows the pressure and criticisms that come with being Shaq’s kin. But clearly, she trusts in her abilities above anything else.

The 17-year-old used her platform to address all those who have never let go of an opportunity to criticize her gameplay, her scoring ability, or anything else.

Me’arah O’Neal dominates at a NY Game

Me’arah’s words of criticism come only two days after she marked a triumph in New York. On the 19 of August, Shaq’s daughter made an appearance at the SLAM Summer Classic Vol. 5 as a player. The game was held in Rucker Park, Harlem.

Despite the fact that the four-time NBA champion was not in attendance, Shaq’s ex-wife Shaunie Henderson was there to cheer her daughter on.  Seated courtside, Shaunie took to Instagram to share a glimpse of the match with her 1.7 Million followers.

Notably, Me’Arah wasn’t the only daughter of a major NBA player in the game. Besides her was former Washington Wizards star Gilbert Arenas’ daughter Izela.
