Since retiring in 2019, Dwyane Wade‘s life hasn’t slowed down. In fact, post-retirement, his life has been quite different, but in a good way. Now, he enjoys partnerships with Versace. After last month’s Versace look at the Met Gala 2024, Wade is back with another stunning fashion statement.

To share his new look in collaboration with Versace, Wade took to his official Instagram account and posted a couple of pictures featuring predominantly black underwear highlighted by a waistband displaying the iconic Versace logo. In addition to the underwear, Wade wore light blue jeans with a chain on the side, paired with a simple black sleeveless t-shirt. Notably, this is the second time this week Wade’s making headlines with a luxurious brand. A couple of days ago, he was spotted with Union at a Michael Kors Store Party.

As usual, the couple effortlessly stunned in their outfits. While Wade opted for an all-black look comprising a sleeveless hood and parachute pants, Union wore a laced long skirt paired with a dark blue t-shirt. It seems like Wade is into fashion but let’s see who helps him serve these looks.

Fashion a la Dwyane Wade

It is no surprise that for a man of Wade’s status is bound to have a stylist. But, he also did his homework on fashion. In an exclusive interview with W Magazine, he unveiled, “Before I was with Jason Bolden, Calyann Barnett and I had a relationship for a very long time. My style developed by going through swatches, going through look books. That was my intro to fashion—sitting down with someone who could help me put my ideas down on paper and then bring them to life.

Eventually, Wade learned what fashion was, and now he says, “It’s fun.” Not only him, but his family enjoys it together. “We like to play, dress up, whatever you want.” Now, Wade’s family loves to express themselves with fashion as a language, and the best part about that is that they get to do it as a family.

Wade has been posted multiple times with family on red carpets and fashion shows. But Versace, a $2 billion brand has also previously collaborated with Wade as their eyewear model. Now, an interesting question is: will Wade sign a family contract with Donatella Versace?
