Once more, the Baby2Baby Gala has drawn the biggest celebrity philanthropists for a glamorous affair. One of the glitziest fundraisers, this time too, the stars stepped up for a good cause. Vanessa Bryant joined her friends and hyped up the game changers who were honored at the gala. Along with Bryant, the stars came out in their black tie finest in West Hollywood on November 9. As always, Vanessa gave her Instagram followers a few glimpses into the starry event.

Kobe Bryant’s wife arrived gilded head to toe in a creation by Wiederhoeft and her Mambacita – in honor of her late daughter, Gigi – necklace. She caught up with A-lister and philanthropist goals, Jessica Alba, who was one of the best-dressed guests in her Zuhair Murad gown.

Also at the event was Steph Curry’s wife, Ayesha Curry, in a black and white number. More stars in attendance included Serena Williams, Kelly Rowland, Jennifer Garner, Ciara, Heidi Klum, Jasmine Tookes, and more.

The Baby2Baby gala raises millions annually for impoverished children. The money goes towards families struggling to buy basic necessities like diapers and food for their young kids. Featuring Kelly Sawyer Patricof and Norah Weinstein as co-CEOs, the gala also celebrates some of the biggest do-gooders for their work.

Charlize Theron was honored the Giving Tree Award for her work with the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project. Nelly, accompanied by Ashanti, was one of the night’s performers. One of the highlights of this event, though, was being in front of the camera.

Vanessa Bryant goes glam for a good cause

Guests at the gala were presented by Paul Mitchel. Apart from the red carpet, the glamorous attendees stepped into the photobooth at the Paul Mitchell Portrait Studio for some stunning portraits that accompanied their motivation.

Vanessa also posed for a gorgeous headshot showing her Mambacita necklace which she shared with her followers. “@baby2baby gala last night. Baby2Baby distributes critical items to children living in poverty including diapers, formula and clothing in all 50 states. The funds raised last night are so important because they allow @Baby2Baby to reach over one million children in need every year,” she wrote.

Alba was grateful for the turnout, writing, “Our favorite date night celebrating a cause so close to our hearts – @baby2baby 💗 I’m endlessly proud of the life-changing work that @kellysawyer, @norahweinstein, and the entire #Baby2Baby team do every day, giving over one million children in poverty access to the basic essentials they deserve.”

As Bryant stated, the funds from the night will benefit children all over the nation. It’s not clear how much money was raised on Saturday but according to its celebrity attendees, it was a successful one.
