In a recent Instagram post of ?Swishcultures?, the 16-year-old basketball player gives an interview at the ?USA Basketball? junior nationals minicamp. The interviewer asks Kiyan Anthony after a pickup game at the camp, ?One of the most impressive things about your game is your ability to play through contact. Have you been work(ing) on it with your pops??.
The 16-year-old hooper mentions his father?s golden advice to him, ?Yeah, especially with my pops like, he?d tell me ?Don?t let nobody stop you from getting to your spot.? So, even when I feel a little bump, I try to initiate the contact with my shoulder, instead of his. Once I get to my pull-up, half the times I already know it?s going to go in.?.
