Unfazed By Jennifer Hudson’s Shoe Attack, Bald Shaquille O’Neal’s Hilarious Glow-Up Troubles Hundreds to Catch a Breath on TV

Comedians should watch out because Big Diesel’s out to snatch their wigs. Maybe literally. Shaquille O’Neal will do anything to make people laugh, even at his own expense. He put all that seven feet of goofy fun on display on ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show‘ recently. He had the host and her live studio audience floored with his entertaining smarts. It all started from his very over-the-top entrance setting the tone.

It’s Shaq’s mission to make people smile, whether through food at Big Chicken, his music as DJ Diesel, or through his own fun persona. He’d even try the most outlandish looks to tickle your funnybone.

Shaquille O’Neal flaunts his new hairdo

Jennifer Hudson did not see it coming when she invited her latest guest, Shaquille O’Neal on the show. The EGOT winner and her audience were surprised when Shaq came out in a perfectly tailored suit, his size 22 custom-made shoes, and a mullet. Yes, Shaq had a very Billie Jean-esque hairstyle going on to complete his look.

Like the seasoned showman he is, Shaq strut out like a model, did a few moves, and pointed at the audience. Nothing distracts a true star, not even when a shoe is thrown at you. J-Hud tried to break his character by (not meanly) flinging one of the sneakers on the set at the 7’1″ giant.

Once he’s owned the audience with his rockstar aesthetic and hugged Hudson, he takes off his wig. She rightfully said, “You just never know what to expect with you.” Shaq retorted with, “I just had to make you laugh.” 

That’s Shaquille O’Neal. He started an entire restaurant business, Big Chicken, with his mom’s recipes to make people happy with food. He’s also bringing smiles on everyone’s faces with little acts of charity like buying them impromptu gifts.

His usual tactic is to make himself the joke. Shaq has sometimes dressed up in silly ensembles similar to this or narrated incidents when he has done things like pretend to be his grandma.

Jennifer Hudson wanted to know if he kept his “good wig” in his bag for such emergencies. Because everyone who knows Shaq, knows he has a few spare hairstyles when needed.

Shaq’s fabulous mane

The Los Angeles Lakers star wore a similar snazzy mullet when he announced his huge step in the EDM genre.

Proclaiming himself the “Dubstep Dad,” Shaq flaunted a wave of curls on top of his bald head to announce his new EDM album this year.

Last year he left fans in stitches by showing how he’d look if he was old and greying by wearing a grey-haired wig. That was because he lost an NFL-related bet and had to wear that unruly perm as a consequence.

He took to different but equally hilarious wigs on Inside the NBA in 2021 to cover an embarrassing injury. You just know Charles Barkley was enjoying Shaq’s misery.
